Is Imago CRM really free?
Yes. The self-hosted community version is free and open source, with every feature included: CRM, docs, chat, memberships, automations and the AI web builder. No trial period, no locked modules. Read more on the open source page.
Do you charge per user or per contact?
No. Self-hosting has no seat limits and no contact caps. Add your whole team and your full list. The only ceiling is the server you run it on.
What will Imago Cloud cost?
The hosted option is coming soon, and we will publish pricing at launch. If you want managed hosting without touching a server, join the waitlist on the contact page and we will share details first.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes. Run it for your own business or deploy it for client work. Agencies and freelancers use it as the base for customer portals, member sites and sales pipelines. The license terms are on the open source page.
Where does my data live?
On your own server when you self-host. Contacts, files, messages and payment records stay in infrastructure you control, in the region you choose. We never see a copy.
Do you offer paid support or setup?
Yes. We take on custom engagements: installation, migration from your current tools, automation setup and team training. Tell us what you need through the contact page and we will scope it together.
